All signs are made to order and will ship out 1-2 weeks after the day you order. Ready to Ship items will ship out within 2-3 business days after placing your order.

Almost all of our signs can be hung using Velcro 3M strips. Just apply 1 set of strips for small signs and 2-3 for larger signs and they will hold to your wall with ease.

In the case of our big chunky framed signs, hardware will be provided in your order. Please attach the hardware to the backer of your sign not the frame as overtime the frame will not be able to hold the entire weight of the sign. I am not responsible for any signs that fall and/or break due to the frame detaching from incorrect hardware placement.

I do not except exchanges or returns. In the situation that your sign arrives damaged, please send photos and a screenshot of your order confirmation to fandomdecorshop@gmail.com. If it is within 30 days of your order being placed I will send out a sign replacement free of charge. In the off chance your order took more than 30 days to arrive I will still honor my replacement deal if you provide a screenshot of your tracking information that shows proof of delivery being after the 30 days.

Unfortunately I no longer offer custom work. However, every so often I will host a giveaway or raffle for a free custom sign on my Instagram.

Yes! Please email me with both of your order numbers and I will make a note to combine them and refund any additional shipping charged on your second order.

Yes! I offer wholesale to book boxes, bookstores, authors, and events. If it is for a sign please also include a rough size idea and design complexity as that will help me provide you with the most accurate quote possible.
